Men's Pilot Shirt Size / Fit Charts

This page helps you compare the chest, waist, and tail length dimensions of the various shirts we offer. As the fit charts illustrate, for a given collar size, the chest and waist dimensions can vary significantly from one shirt style to another. For example:

A size 16˝ Pilot House TAPERED fits a chest up to 43" and a waist up to 35"

A size 16˝ Van Heusen AVIATOR fits a chest up to 45" and a waist up to 40"

A size 16˝ JETSTREAM Fitted fits a chest up to 41" and a waist up to 37"

Also notice that shirt dimensions are proportional - for each 1/2" increase in collar size, the chest dimension increases by about 2", and the waist dimension increases by 2-3".

IMPORTANT: If your chest or waist measurement exceeds the corresponding values in the fit chart, you will need to order a larger size or a fuller cut shirt. Learn how to Choose your Correct Size.
